It all began with a conviction that pizza should be personal. Founders Scott and Ally Svenson opened the first Mod Pizza in Seattle in 2008, driven by a love of fast-fired, individually crafted pies made exactly the way each guest wants them — no compromises, no shortcuts.
As the concept of mods pizza grew, so did the community around it. Every location became a gathering place where people could customize their experience from crust to toppings. Our Los Angeles kitchen at 8985 Venice Blvd. carries that same spirit — bringing modpizza culture to one of the most food-forward cities in the world.
